Privacy policy

Account data: phone number, display name, role, and for organisational roles the school, district or publisher name and the linking code.

Usage data: the tools you run, the input and output text of each run, and the time and volume of credit consumed.

Educational data: grades and exam results, attendance, uploaded files (notes, report-card images, question banks) and class messages.

To deliver the service you asked for: generating lesson plans, building and grading exams, summarising, analysing results and producing reports.

To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse, and to measure plan usage and issue invoices.

We do not sell user data and do not hand it to other companies for targeted advertising.

A student’s private conversations with the AI or with a teacher are never shared with parents, the school or the district.

Parents see the defined indicators and reports (grades, progress trend, attendance, decline alerts) — not the conversation text.

Linked accounts — parent to student, school to teacher, district to school — can reach only aggregated or explicitly authorised data.

The exact scope of each link is visible — and in some cases adjustable — under “Access management” in that panel.

District- and publisher-level reports are always aggregated and never show an individual student identifier.

Your files are processed only for that user and that tool, and afterwards stay in your own library.

Your content is not used to train general models. If you report an error on an output, only that single sample is reviewed, anonymously, to improve the templates.

Data is held on in-country servers and transferred over encrypted connections.

Usage history and outputs are kept while the account is active. After an account is deleted, personal data is erased within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or accounting.

You can view and edit your account data, delete outputs and files, unlink a connected account, and request full deletion of your account.

For students under the legal age, a parent or legal guardian may file these requests.

If how we process data changes materially, the new version is published on this page and the revision date updated; for significant changes we also send an in-platform notice.
