By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the Madrese platform, you agree to every clause of this document and to the privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.
If the terms change, the new version is published on this page and the revision date updated. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version.
Each account is bound to one role and receives that role’s capabilities. Using one role’s account to perform another role’s duties — a teacher using a student account to reach class data, for example — is not permitted.
The accuracy of registered information — phone number, grade, school or district code, publisher details — is the user’s responsibility. Organisational accounts (school, district, publisher) must be created by someone with legal authority to do so.
Protecting your phone number and one-time login code is your responsibility. Any activity carried out with your account is treated as yours.
A student account for a user under 18 must be created with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent account can be linked to the child’s account using the “student code”.
Parents can reach the reports and indicators defined under “Access management”. A student’s private conversations with a teacher and personal messages stay out of reach, per the privacy settings.
The student panel is permanently free. Other roles — parent, teacher, school, district, independent learner and publisher — have subscription plans, each priced on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices may change; any change is announced before the new period begins.
Premium tools may be purchased separately, outside a plan. Credit consumption is visible under “Usage history” in each panel.
Outputs from the AI tools — lesson plans, exam questions, summaries, analyses and reports — are provided as drafts and must be reviewed by a human before any official, instructional or published use.
The platform does not guarantee complete accuracy, full alignment with the textbook, or freedom from error. Responsibility for grading, assessment and final instructional decisions rests with the teacher and the school.
Using the platform to cheat on exams, falsify assessments or produce misleading content is prohibited.
Ownership of what you upload — notes, files, question banks, books — stays with you or the original rights holder. You grant Madrese permission to process that content solely to deliver the service you requested.
Uploading content you have no right to use is not permitted. A publisher account may import only works it is licensed to publish.
The Madrese name, marks, interface and code belong to Madrese and may not be reproduced.
Unauthorised access to other users’ data, attempts to bypass plan limits, reverse engineering, bulk scraping and reselling access are all prohibited.
Harassing messages, criminal content, or using the class board and messenger for unrelated advertising will lead to content removal and account suspension.
Breaching these terms may lead to restricted features, temporary suspension, or permanent deletion of the account. For serious breaches — particularly those touching student data security — suspension happens without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting an organisational account also cuts off access for the users linked to it.
The service is provided “as is”. Madrese is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by user action, or the outcome of decisions taken solely on the basis of an AI output.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran; disputes not resolved through support are heard by the competent authorities in Tehran.
